Staff was great and made a sweet pup cup for my foster dog!! Food was hot and yummy. Their great service is why I’ll use the drive through again. Thanks from Fetti!

Mine always does them as whipped cream in a little cup, my dog loves them! 🥰 only drawback is, any other drive thru she goes through with me, she now expects to get one 😂 hard to explain to her why the pharmacy pickup or Chick-fil-A don’t have pup cups for her LOL

I had a big order sent out one morning and unfortunately they mixed up and forgot one thing. Immediately upon calling, the gentleman on the phone handled it and was so kind and gracious. When I went to pick up left item it was already labeled and ready to go. Absolutely fantastic customer service. On the phone I heard “Sean” or “John” as his name but it was so loud so I’m hoping this gets seen by the right person to give that gentleman the recognition he deserves. He was working and answered the phone Tuesday evening. The customer service is head and shoulders above the fancier boutique sweets places in Hollywood. Also, when I went in the place was very clean and organized (trust me, I would not say it if it wasn’t true as I have OCD and are especially cautious in public places when with my dog ) which I’m sure isn’t easy working on such a busy city street. Will definitely be back! Thank you 🙂

Just stopped in to get a bagel and coffee and Hendricks the cashier was amazing. Very up beat and professional. I asked for suggestions and he had them. Ordered a Blueberry Latte which really isn’t on the menu but In his words ” We can do it for you” I love good customer service and especially early in the morning. It help gets my day started on the right track.

I frequent this dunkin. This is the only chain drive thru coffee spot in town. They are usually pretty fast and efficient. Sometimes my bagel us a little overdone but that is my only complaint with this particular location. Staff is always friendly, and if I have my dog with they usually offer a pup cup for her.
They are super speedy in the morning, even when you come in with a big order. Sometimes the afternoon line can get long. Overall a pretty basic fast food experience. They do get an extra star from me for offering my dog a treat when we come thru. I think it’s a nice they go out of the way to make an old dogs day.
